WHAT IS MARKETING?
“Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have valuefor customers, clients, marketers, and society at large and for Managing customer relationshipsin ways that benefit the organization and its stakeholders.” (AMA´s 2007). Marketing deals with identifying and meeting social needs. It is not just selling, it is the art of knowing what to produce and sell by identifying and understanding customer needs, finding solutions that satisfy customers’ needs better than competitors in a sustainable way.

Who is the blogger?
Elena Gómez-Villalba, the writer of ELEGOVI Marketing Blog, is an Icade student. She is preparing herself for her future carrier.
